1. Scope and provider
These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed by consumers through our online shop.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.
2. Products and availability
We offer physical products and digital gift cards through our online shop.
The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a binding offer. It is an invitation to customers to place an order.
We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse orders in justified cases, in particular in the event of obvious pricing errors, product unavailability, delivery restrictions, suspected fraud, or abusive reseller activity.
3. Conclusion of contract
By submitting an order through our online shop, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products.
After submitting your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt by email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.
The contract is concluded only when we ship the goods or, in the case of digital gift cards, when we expressly accept the order by separate confirmation or provide the digital gift card.
4. Prices and shipping costs
All prices shown in the online shop are final prices and include applicable statutory VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process.
For deliveries to Switzerland, additional customs duties, taxes, or import charges may apply. These are not included in the purchase price and must be borne by the customer unless expressly stated otherwise.
5. Payment
The payment methods available for each order are shown in the online shop.
Payment is due immediately upon submission of the order unless otherwise stated in the selected payment method.
6. Delivery
We deliver to the countries listed in our online shop.
Delivery times stated in the online shop are approximate unless expressly agreed otherwise.
If ordered goods are not available for reasons beyond our control, we may withdraw from the contract. In that case, we will inform you without undue delay and reimburse any payments already made.
7. Retention of title
Until full payment has been received, the delivered goods remain our property.
8. Statutory right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Details are set out in our separate Cancellation Policy.
Any statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal remain unaffected.
9. Warranty
The statutory rights in case of defects apply.
We do not provide any separate commercial guarantee unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific product.
10. Liability
We are liable without limitation:
- for intent and gross negligence,
- for injury to life, body, or health,
- under the German Product Liability Act,
- and in all other cases where liability cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory law.
In the case of slight negligence, we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations, that is, obligations whose fulfillment is essential for the proper performance of the contract and on whose compliance the customer may regularly rely. In this case, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
Any further liability is excluded.
The statutory rights of consumers remain unaffected.
11. Digital gift cards
Digital gift cards are delivered by email to the email address provided during checkout.
Digital gift cards may be redeemed in accordance with the conditions stated in the online shop or in the gift card communication itself. Unless otherwise stated, they may be used both online and in store.
Cash payment of gift card balances is excluded except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
12. Use of the website
You may not use the website in a manner that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of third parties.
You may not interfere with the technical operation or security of the website.
13. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and designs, is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
Any use beyond the limits permitted by law requires our prior written consent.
14. Applicable law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
If you are a consumer residing in another country, mandatory consumer protection provisions of that country remain unaffected.
15. Consumer dispute resolution
We are not willing and not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms of Service for future orders. The version valid at the time of the order shall apply to the respective order.
