Right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal period for physical goods

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions or early expiry of the right of withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded in particular cases provided by law. This may apply, for example, to goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs.

For digital gift cards delivered by email, any exclusion or early expiry of the right of withdrawal applies only where the statutory requirements are fulfilled and clearly communicated during the ordering process.
