Apply all over post-shower or bath while your skin is still damp to lock in the moisture. Give any dry spots an extra dose of oil to show those areas some tender love and care.
Massage a few drops 3-4 times a week for about 5 - 10 minutes into your 'tiger stripe zone'. Always best to practise this ritual after a nice bath or on damp skin.
